• Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content. This is relayed as an email to us via Resend and is not stored in our own database.
• Newsletter: when you subscribe, we collect your email address and store it as a contact in our Resend account so we can send you updates.
• Website content: the pages, releases, and events you browse are managed through Sanity, our content management system, and do not involve your personal data.
• Server & network logs: our hosting provider (Railway) and network provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.

• Necessary: a single cookie, cookie_consent, stores your cookie preferences. It is always active and does not require consent, since it is essential to remembering your choice.
• Analytics: if you grant this category, Google Tag Manager loads and may set cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. This category is off by default and only becomes active if you accept it via our cookie banner or cookie settings.
• Content: if you grant this category, embedded third-party media from YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, and Apple Music is allowed to load directly on the page. These providers may set their own cookies when their content loads. Until granted, a placeholder is shown instead.

We process Necessary category data on the basis of legitimate interest (operating the site). We process Analytics and Content category data only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process contact form and newsletter data on the basis of your consent and, for the contact form, to respond to your inquiry.

Your cookie consent choice is stored for 12 months, after which you will be asked again. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Retention of technical logs is governed by our hosting and network providers' own policies.
